PREFACE:

In order to avoid time-wasting and castly incorrect delivieries of spare parts we are listing in the following a few tips which should definitely be complied with:

1. In every order please quote Vehicle Model, Chassis No. Part Designation and Part No., and in the case of axle parts also the Drive No, or Mounting No. (see axle parts list summary sheet).

• The chassis No. is stamped at the front in the r/h chassis girder and in the front cross member. Check whether this chassis No. agress with the one on the cover of this Spare Parts List, Before starting to trace a certain part in this list it is advisable to become acquainted with the layout of the list. The index gives you guidance on this. It contains all groups and sub-groups in an orderly and consecutive sequence. As the pages of the Spare Parts List are not numbered consecutively throughout, orientation in the list can only be based on these group numbers, the designation of which is to be found at the top right-hand corner of the page (excepting axles, groups 02 and 03). If you require. axles spares you will find, apart from the group No. of the relevant axle in the index, the remark “according to summary sheet”. These parts list summary sheets are arranged before the list of axle groups 02 and 03 and show -divided up into “Mounting” and “Drive” sections the sub- groups contained in the axles. The same procedure appities for groups 09 and 10.
• The designation of the spare part is to be found in the column headed “Designation”, the individual parts of the complete item being listed thereunder slightly to the right. If no spare part No. is given for the relevant part (e. g. in the case of standard DIN parts), the name in the “Designa- tion” cloumn is sufficient. If no Fig. is entered in the “Part” column, the part ist not illustrated, and you are therefore requested in such cases to quote in addition the group or drawing No. (These details are given at the top of the relevant text page, only being omitted in the case of groups 02 and 03, Axles).
• If no individual parts can be found in the parts list for the component or unit indicated, such parts should be ordered by stating the exact fitted location and details of the spare parts number for the complete unit.
