INTRODUCTION:
- This parts catalog includes all the parts, except those for the carrier and engine, of the Model TL-160M cranes from the Serial No. 345001 onward.
- This manual applies to the Spec. Nos. given in the table below. In using this manual, check the Spec. No. given on the indication plate attached to your crane.
- The outline specifications corresponding to t~ese Spec. Nos. are described in a next page. For accurate and efficient part retrieval, please read the chapter “HOW TO READ PARTS CATALOG”.
- As for the carrier and engine parts, refer to the separate catalogs for the carrier and engine parts. Please note that we may revise parts without prior notice for improvements and other reasons.
HOW TO USE THIS PART CATALOG
1. RETRIEVING THE RELEVANT SYSTEM
Find the wanted part among the illustrations in the SYSTEM INDEX pages printed on Blue sheets, and find the PAGE assigned to the relevant SYSTEM. Open the catalog at this page.
- In the SYSTEM illustration page, find the assembly that contains the wanted part, and find tha PAGE assigned to the relevant ASSEMBLY as indicated by the kdy No. given in the illustration. Open the catalog at this page.
- Where several assemblies are given for the same Key No., find the relevant one by means of the spec. code given in the Q’ty column.
- In some cases, the relevant assembly must be identified by means of the Serial No. in the Serial No. column. (The same applies to the procedure of retrieving part Nos.)
- Revision of part When a part has been revised, select the correct part by checking the Serial No. column. ® Interchangeability
- The interchangeability of revised parts is listed in the parts revision list. Check the interchangeability by referring to the Modify No. in the list. @ Index The index at the end of this manual gives the area in which the respective parts are installed. The detailed usage of this catalog in given in Paragraph 5.
- The illustrations, Page numbers and part numbers used in this example do not correspond to those in the text. Retrieving p~rt No. To find the part No. of “SHEAVE” of “TOP BOOM”.
- CD Find the code for the crane spec. No., and memorize it. (In this case, we assume that the Spec. No. is TL-16OM-l-1O1O1 and the Spec. Code is A.)
