1 GENERAL AND MAINTENACE

1.1 Introduction :

• Series production of the TC 33 Transfer Case began in February 2006 This model contains
  two speed gears which are engaged hydraulically. The main power input is via connection
  fitting a Hydro motor AA 6VM 200. The output for the front axle is via a Mechanics 7C
  Flange and is permanent. The output for the rear axle is also via a Mechanics 7C Flange,
  but can be turned off (all wheel drive shift).
• The transfer case has an all-wheel drive release shifting. This is a claw coupling which
  does shifted via hydraulic line. The rear axle drive can be turned off during motion and
  under power. The turning on of the rear axle drive is also possible while in motion and
  under power, but not when the wheels are slipping.

1.2 Spare Parts Ordering :

Spare parts for this NAF Transfer Case are best ordered directly from an official
TIGERCAT Distributor, since usually most required parts can be delivered directly from
storage. Even if the parts are not in stock it is still recommended to order the parts from the
distributor and not the factory.
