Good Service Practice
Service required for Volvo Penta Sterndrives is generally one of three ki rids:

• Normal care and maintenance – which includes putting a new stern drive into operation, storing
engines, lubrication, and care under special operating condiUons such as salt water, and cold

operated in test tank, use proper test wheel. Failure to do so can damage
supply pump, overheat engine, or allow excessive engine RPM.
