Use:
The compact dumper has been designed and is suited for the transportation of bulk material as well as for concrete which are commonly transported at construction sites. Provided that point 19 below is observed, trailers may be towed within the confines of the construction site.
Important Safety Rules for the Driver:
Your dumper meets all the prerequisites for safety and good performance- These alone however do not suffice in order to prevent accidents mused by carelessness. Observance of the following precautionary measures will help you avoid such accidents.
1. Do not get off the dumper while the engine is still running.
2. The dumper may be driven on a solid ground having an inclination of up to 25%. If there exists the danger that the wheels may sink in on one side, the admissible inclination is reduced correspondingly. lnclinations over 25% may only be driven with the bucket facing up the mountain, i.e., driving down an inclination must be done in reverse. See figure 19 on page 12.
3. Driving speed must always be such that the dumper is safe against tipping over, in particular on uneven terrain, along ditches, or in curves, or in case of emergency stops. When driving off the road use only the first and the second gear or, with hydrostatic drive, the slow range.
4. When driving downhill with a full bucket drive slowly (gears 1 and 2) and brake carefully. This is important because due to the inclination the center of gravity of the rated load is located further up front. If in doubt drive down an inclination in reverse gear! Do not drive downhill with the engine disengaged.
5. Avoid sudden brakes on offroad terrain on wet, muddy and slippery grounds; avoid also sudden changes in direction.
6. When driving, pull handbrake only in cases of emergency. For parking make sure that the handbrake is pulled and the first gear is engaged. Do not park the dumper on steep locations. When leaving the dumper parked, lower the bucket and remove the starter keys.
