b Quantity (Qty.)…….The numbers in the Quantity column indicate the parts required in each
component.
c Part …………………….The number that corresponds to the item you will order
d Description …………Designates the part name

Transmission Replacements
Remanufactured (REMAN) Transmissions
ZF Meritor offers remanufactured (REMAN) transmissions when you require a complete
transmission replacement. REMAN transmissions come equipped in four basic configurations.

• Standard top cover with an oil pump
• Standard top cover without an oil pump
• Forward top cover with an oil pump
• Forward top cover without an oil pump
How to Determine the Correct REMAN Transmission Number
1. Record the transmission model printed on the identification plate. The identification plate is
mounted to the transmission.
2. Remove the two sets of torque rating digits and the OEM specification number.
Example:
MO-16 G10C-E 18 002 35 MO-G10C-E
3. Add the correct top cover designation to the end of the model number.
• Add “S” for a standard top cover
• Add “F” for a forward top cover
• Add “X” for SureShift
