Cylinder bore / rod / stroke tables and cycle times (bucket curl 3.1 s, boom raise 4.9 s, blade lower 2.3 s, and the remaining functions) let you confirm a rebuilt actuator or a pump that is back on the worksheet numbers.
Undercarriage, Tracks, and Upperstructure
Track service is split by type. Rubber-track procedures cover tension check and adjust, lifting the frame onto jackstands, and driving the track off and on. Steel and segmented tracks add master-pin and cotter-pin steps. Component R&I includes the idler and related rollers.
