WIRE GUIDANCE SYSTEM
1.1 Installing a wire guidance system in a warehouse
The wire guidance system must be installed strictly to the stated tolerances in order to get a safe and effective operation of
the system. These are the main considerations for the installation. Please check the details from DIN 15185 (August 1991)
“Warehouse systems with guided industrial trucks; Requirements on the ground, the warehouse and other requirements”.
Always check that the floor and the racks fulfill the requirements stated in the aforementioned standard before the
installation!
Before using the wire guided truck, it must be properly calibrated and tested at the place of use. Commissioning should be
made only by the authorized service personnel.
