Complete Engine, Gasket Sets and Overhaul Kits (V01, V04, V05)

The opening frame identifies the engine complete, 320/45001, for the 12v turbo W300 T/C build. The kit frames that follow are the fastest route to a rebuild: top gasket kit for the turbo engine 320/09280, bottom gasket kit for the turbo engine 320/09281, rocker cover seal kit 320/09200 and oil pan kit 320/09219. Alternator 320/08560, 12V-95AMP, with through bolt kit, alternator pulley, nut and spacer kit, regulator and brush box assembly and brush kit. The switch and sender frame maps the engine’s electrical wear items onto an engine illustration: oil pressure switch 320/04046, cold start advance switch 320/04554, coolant temperature senders, the ESOS cold start advance solenoid 716/30255 and the bonded seals that go with them.

Fuel System – Pipework, Injectors, Lift Pump and Injection Pump (V12, V13, V14, V15)

Fuel pipework is split into pipe fuel assembly No.1 & 2 (320/06551) and No.3 & 4 (320/06554) with 2-way clips, plus the lift pump to filter pipe, filter to injection pump pipe and the leak-off pipe assembly with its O rings, snap rings and pipe clips. The injector frame lists injector fuel assembly 320/06528 for 74.5Kw with injector seals, fuel injector washers, clamps and clamp bolts. The lift pump frame gives pump 320/07040, O ring 320/07051 and low pressure push rod 320/07056. The injection pump frames cover 320/06602 and the superseding 320/06738 for 68.6kW, the seal to timing case 320/06519, 65T pump gear 320/06578, M14 gear nut, mounting studs and flange nuts – followed by a detailed governor and advance cover breakdown with blanking plugs, throttle lever, return spring, leakback adapter and pipe.

Cooling – Water Pump, Water Inlet, Thermostat and Housing (V16, V17, V18)

Lubrication – Oil Cooler, Oil Sump, Oil Pump and Relief Valve (V29, V31, V32)

Oil cooler assembly 320/04209 with the 6-plate element 320/04115, oil cooler cover gasket 320/04113, threaded insert, beta plugs, core plugs, O rings, drain plug and oil filler cap assembly. A second cooler frame covers the 320/04212 assembly. The sump frame lists oil sump assembly 320/04170 with oil drain plug 320/04013 and O ring 320/04050 and the oil pan kit. The lubrication group also lists the engine oil pump 320/04131 and its star drive retaining screws, together with the oil pressure switch and bonded seal used on the cooler housing.

Flywheel Assembly and Housing (V33, V34)

Flywheel assembly W300-T/convertor 320/03136 with flywheel ring gear 320/03102, T=122, and bolts M14 x 108mm. The flywheel housing frame covers housing 320/05187, dowels M10 x 25 and M12 x 25, the range of star drive and torx mounting bolts, rear oil seal 320/03029, flywheel access cover, and the F.I.P gear cover with its O ring 320/05140.

Pistons, Con-Rods, Crankshaft and Cylinder Block (V37, V38, V39)

Piston kits are listed in standard turbo form (320/09211) plus oversize -0.50mm and -1.0mm variants, with circlips and matching piston ring kits. Connecting rods 320/03114 carry the small end bush, con-rod bolts M8 x 57 and big-end bearing kits in standard, -0.25mm and -0.50mm undersizes. Crankshaft kits 320/09201, 320/09244 and 320/09256 are shown with main bearing kits, thrust washers in standard and oversize, the crankshaft gear assembly, flywheel hub, dowel pins and front oil seal.
