Description
Komatsu PC200-6S and PC200LC-6S Parts Catalog – Serial C10781 and Up
This is the illustrated Komatsu parts catalog for the PC200-6S and PC200LC-6S hydraulic excavators, published for machines from serial C10781 upward. Across 469 pages the book breaks every major assembly on the machine down to its individual components, and each line carries the Komatsu part number, the description exactly as Komatsu prints it, the quantity required, and the serial number range in which that part is the correct one.
That last column is what makes a factory parts book different from a generic parts list. The PC200-6S and PC200LC-6S ran through several running changes, and this catalog shows them side by side with notes such as C10001-, C10779-, C10793-, C10935- and C10601- so you can tell at a glance whether the part you are about to order belongs on your particular machine. Diagrams and tables sit on facing pages, so the exploded view and the part numbers it points to are read together rather than hunted down separately.

Engine Related Parts and Engine Mount
The opening group covers everything that bolts the engine into the revolving frame and feeds it air and fuel. It starts with the left-hand and right-hand mounting brackets, the bolts, washers, bosses and dowel pins that locate them, then moves into the engine mount cushions, stoppers, spacers and through-bolts, with the tube, hose and clip that run alongside. The air cleaner connection pages are split between the standard double-element arrangement and the cold weather (A) specification, and the damper section shows the drive plate between the flywheel housing and the hydraulic pump as a numbered exploded view with its pins, bolts and washers.
Cooling – Radiator, Oil Cooler and Fan Guard
The cooling group is where the radiator core, cap, plug and O-ring, upper and lower hoses, clips, oil cooler assembly, seals, shroud, net and the wing bolts that hold the assembly down are listed. Separate pages handle the rigid type oil cooler with and without air conditioning, and the cooling line pages list the hoses, O-rings, flanges, bolts and clamps that connect the hydraulic oil cooler circuit. The fan guard pages come in three variants – with air conditioner, standard, and the covered guard – each with its own cover, bolt, washer, plate and shroud listing.
Fuel System
The fuel filter and water separator assemblies are set out with their joints, gaskets, bolts, nipples, valves and brackets, followed by the hoses, clamps, bands, clips, covers and spacers that route fuel from the tank to the filter head and on to the engine. Both the earlier and later water separator configurations appear, with the serial break clearly marked, and the fuel line pages cover the tee, cover, band and clip hardware down to the small items that are usually the ones you end up ordering.
Electrical – Battery, Wiring and Signal Equipment
The electrical group opens with the battery installation in its dry, hybrid and large capacity forms, complete with hold-down bolts, caps, cables, terminals and the revolving frame mounting detail. The starting harness and main harness pages then walk the full run through the machine with every clip, band, spacer, bolt and washer listed and numbered, including the drawbar pull-up specification variation and the battery case and clamp sections. Separate pages cover the front work lamp, the rear work lamp, the yellow and blue beacon lamp with its bracket and grommet, the big sound horn and standard horn, the travel alarm, and the travel alarm with switch.
Hydraulics (150000)
This is the largest block in the book. It begins with the hydraulic tank assembly without sensor, itemised from the tank shell, elbow, tube, plug, O-ring, union and flange through the element, strainer, valve assembly, spring, cover, rod assembly, holder, cap assembly, neck, gasket and the bolts and screws that hold the lids on. The main valve section follows, covering the connecting parts for the one-actuator and two-actuator arrangements, the valve bracket and the plug kit. Main pump connecting parts, suction line, delivery line and the in-line filter variations of the delivery line are all given their own pages, then the oil cooler line, return line hose, return line block, return line block for additional piping, return line kit for one actuator and the drain line to the swing motor and swivel joint.
Control and Attachment Piping
The boom line pages split into the valve boom line, the boom frame line, the boom rose and the drift preventive versions, each with its tubes, O-rings, flanges, bolts and washers. Arm and bucket lines follow the same pattern, with the drift preventive variants listed separately. Attachment piping for one and two actuators, cross valve left-hand and right-hand configurations, breaker lines with safety valve, and the return line and filter arrangements are all covered, along with the attachment line brackets and clamps. The PPC main line pages document the valve PPC lines, the PPC main lines for two actuators and the PPC travel lines, while the PPC work kit for additional piping lists the tee, elbow and O-ring that make up the kit.
Revolving Frame and Operator’s Station (50)
The revolving frame group starts with the frame casting itself for the standard, cold weather (A) specification and F.O.P.S. versions, together with the cover, gasket, bolts, washers, sheets and the boom foot pin. From there the book moves into the floor frame assemblies – the left stand with work lever and PPC valve, the right stand with stand and lever, the mechanical governor control floor frame with the work lever, the air conditioner unit floor frame and the heater unit floor frames in 2000 kcal and 3300 kcal ratings – plus the mount cushions, plates and O-rings.
The operator’s station pages cover the seat and the rigid type seat stand, the 78 mm and 50 mm seat belts for both rigid and suspension seats, the seat rear cover with speaker, and then the cab in detail. Cab structure, grip and open lock, window and roof ventilator, electrical components, inside cover, door, door lock and installation parts each get their own page, along with the head guard, front guard half and full, floor mats for one and two actuator configurations, window washer, car heater, heater less plug, air conditioner cooling and heating lines, and the fire extinguisher in English, Arabic, Russian and Chinese versions.
Hood and Machine Cab
The hood group lists the machine cab frame, the left side door in its standard, high altitude, F.O.P.S. holed and installation-parts forms, the right side door, the partitions including the cold weather (A) specification, the upper cover in standard and cold weather versions, the right side case, hand rail, the left-hand and right-hand rear view mirrors, the 3750 kg counterweight and its mounting hardware, and the under covers for the left side cover and toolbox and for the engine room.
Swing Circle and Swing Machinery (270000)
The swing circle section covers the concentrated greasing circle with its seals, nipple, bolts, washers, pins, connector, tube, elbow and clip. Swing machinery is itemised down to the case, bearings, cover, seal, shaft, carrier, gears, thrust washers, pins and the valve and tube, and the swing motor connecting parts appear both in the standard form and in the additional piping form with the tee, elbow, flange, block, bracket and clip hardware. The swivel joint connecting parts for travel speed third, and the swivel blind parts with their nuts, plugs, heads, O-rings and flanges, complete the group.
Travel and Lower Piping (300000)
Travel piping for travel speed third is set out with its flanges, bolts, washers, grommets, bands, unions, O-rings, hoses and the covers that protect them, and the final drive section covers the travel motor assembly, floating seal assembly, seal ring assembly, O-ring assembly, hub, bearings, locks, carrier, gears, washers, pins, shaft, button, cover, bolts, plugs, O-rings and sprocket in full.
Undercarriage (330000)
The undercarriage group is thorough. The front idler assembly is broken down into idler, bushings, shaft, plug, O-rings and the seal ring, O-ring and floating seal assemblies, plus the support and pin. Idler cushion pages cover the yoke, seal, nut, lock, bolts, shaft, ring, U-packing, spring, cylinder, valve, plate and washers in two variants. Track roller, carrier roller, track shoe in every width and grouser type from 500 mm triple grouser through swamp, flat and rubber pad, track frame with and without under cover, and the track roller guards are all listed with their bolt and nut quantities.
Work Equipment (360000)
The work equipment group handles the boom in heavy duty, additional piping, bushing reduced radial play and blind parts forms, with all its welded brackets, seats, bushings and seals. Boom cylinders, boom pins and spacers follow, then the arm in 1.8 m, 2.4 m and 2.9 m lengths with their additional piping, clamshell bucket, long greasing and component variants. Bucket link, arm cylinder, bucket cylinder for 2.4 m and 2.9 m arms and for the 1.8 m arm, sensor-equipped and long greasing versions, demolition specification cylinders, and the cylinder blind parts pages give the head, O-ring, flange, bolt and washer details for line connections. Buckets, side cutters, bucket hooks, arm extension, bucket brackets, breaker adapters for Nippon Pneumatic, Matuda and Atlas, and the ripper assemblies round out the section.
Marks and Plates, Accessories and Miscellaneous
The decal and plate pages list the safety, caution, operating and name plates in English and Arabic, the Komatsu small and large logos, the lifting capacity plate, battery caution, shift pattern plate, boom side logo plate, air cleaner plate and extension arm plate. The accessory group gives the spare parts box contents – gaskets, oil cartridge, fuel cartridge, belts, element, O-rings and fittings – plus the cap and overall kit and the full tool kit with wrenches, sockets, driver, hammer, bar, pump, nozzle and bags. Miscellaneous covers the pre heater in its mounting, fuel and wiring, coolant and duct sections for the cold weather (A) specification, the fuel self charge pump, and the electric grease pump with its brackets, bands, harnesses and fuse box.
Service Kit and Component Parts (480000)
The final block is built for anyone rebuilding rather than just replacing. Cylinder service kits for the boom, first boom on the two-piece boom, second boom, arm, bucket, hyper GX bucket and demolition bucket are itemised seal by seal – dust seals, rod packings, O-rings, back-up rings, buffer rings, piston rings, wear rings. Swing machinery assembly supply-only parts, the shoe bolt and nut kits, the 90-set and 98-set track link assemblies, the cab assemblies for service parts including heatable glass and vandalism protection, the monitor, the ten-part main pump breakdown and the ten-part and twelve-part main valve breakdowns, the service valve, PPC valve, lock valve, pilot valve, heater assemblies and the cooling unit assembly for the air conditioner are all present.
Why This Parts Catalog Belongs in Your Workshop
A parts catalog earns its keep on the day something breaks. The PC200-6S and PC200LC-6S are working machines, and when a hose lets go, a seal starts weeping or an idler finally gives up, the difference between a two-day wait and a same-day fix is having the right number to order. This catalog gives you that number for every assembly on the machine, from the engine mount cushions and the damper drive plate through the hydraulic tank internals, the main valve plugs and brackets, the travel motor internals and the full undercarriage, all the way out to the bucket teeth, side cutters and breaker adapters.
It also settles the questions that cost real money. Which track shoe width and grouser type was fitted? Which seat belt length belongs on the suspension seat? Was the water separator the early or the later type? Does the additional piping kit apply, and if so which return line block do you need? Because the serial applicability is printed against every line, you can answer those questions from the page instead of from a phone call, and you can order once instead of ordering twice.
The exploded views do more than locate a part number. They show the order in which the hardware goes back together – which washer sits under which bolt, where the spacer belongs, how many clips hold a harness run, which way the flange faces. For a technician rebuilding a swing motor, a boom cylinder or a final drive, that is often the difference between a clean reassembly and a return visit.
