This manual was developed to inform you about the correct procedures to be adopted during operation. adjustments and maintaining the MF 500 Series Planicr Spreader. models MP 510— 511 —512 —513 L f M. The implement was developed and manufactured to provide maximum yield, savings, versatility. durability, and easy operation in a broad range of working conditions. Monoblock frame with reinforced structure. designed and developed to ensure resistance to the strains generated from the soils various conditions. The header is articulated, which makes transportation and storage easier.

• It also has a height-adjustable hitch that makes it possible to level the implement with all tractor models. The wheels are independent and can be moved along the frame in order to adjust to various spacings without the tires running over the lines already planted. equipped with a device for pressuring the soil designed with a spring and free travel. ensuring the continual and correct engagement of the transmissions.
• The fertilizer containers are hinged. which facilitates cleaning and maintenance. and are made of polymeric material that ensures resistance against corrosion and increases its working life. The distribution of fertilizers is done with the transversal metering system, conventional models, and Ferti system (Optional).
• The highly mismatched fertilizer lines ensure straw flow. can be mounted with furrowers of double disks (with options of 15″ and 16″), and pressure system adjusted together with the cutting disk adjustment. Mismatched cutting disk with diameters of 18′ and 20″. pressure system by means of compression spring. and front adjustment through a threaded rod and nut. The seed lines are fitted with 15″ and 16″ dual disks (optional furrowing rod) that can be assembled as matched or mismatched and with the pivoted or pantographic articulation system. Seed distribution takes place with alveolated disks that make it possible to precisely distribute different types of seeds.
• As an option, it may feature an auxilliary seed reserveoir system (used in the pantographic system) comprising a set of reservoirs with greater capacity for seeds and a popcorn system for the lines. Set of seed depth limiters and compactors available in several models that adapt to every planting situation. The depth limiter set next to the dual seed disk (Optional) maintains the depth at which the seed is deposited even.
• The disarm-arm furrower systems (optional) and line marker (optional) are technologies that ensure greater agility and quality when planting.
