Parts cleaning:

Always clean parts with biodegradable solvents and dry with compressed air Always clean the 0355/ before disassembly and then the single parts. Clean everything before installation.

Coupling

To let the engine work at his best, every coupling must be in the dearartce limits A tight coupling may cause seizures when moving parts heat A slack coupling causes vibrations with taster wear of the moving parts.

General rules for parts installation

Ta reassembly the various parts you’ll ltave to execute the procedures in opposite sense at the assembly, paying attention tothe particular operations, it specified. Always replace gaskeis oil seals, metallic stoppers, washers in straining material and self-locking nuts. Bearings wear is done for a certain number of working hours so we recommend their replacement, as the wear check is difficult.
