•  Park loader on level ground and lower bucket to ground. Put transmission in NEUTRAL, apply parking brake, and shut down engine,
•  Put master disconnect switch in OFF position. Remove all dirt and grease from auxiliary steering priority valve and adjacent area. See illustration on page
• Remove hydraulic reservoir fill cap. Connect a vacuum pump to hydraulic reservoir.  Start vacuum pump. Tag and disconnect tank return tube
• from the priority valve. Install a cap on the elbow and a plug in the tube. 8. Stop the vacuum pump. Tag and disconnect the wiring from the steering solenoid Tag and disconnect the wiring from the pressure switch Tag and disconnect load sensing hose
• from auxiliary steering priority valve  Install a cap on the elbow and a plug in the hose.  Tag and disconnect load sensing hose from the priority valve  Install a cap on the elbow and a plug in the hose.  Tag and disconnect steering pressure hose  from priority valve
• Install a cap on the fitting and a plug in the hose. Tag and disconnect pressure hose  from priority valve Install a cap on the fitting and a plug in the hose.  Tag and disconnect pressure hose  from priority valve . Install and tighten cap screws. Connect and tighten pressure hose . Connect and tighten pressure hose . Connect and tighten steering pressure hose (1). 5. Connect and tighten steering load sensing hose
• Connect and tighten load sensing hose . Connect electrical connector to the pressure switch  electrical connector to the steering solenoid Start vacuum pump. 10. Connect and tighten tank return tube  Stop vacuum pump. Disconnect vacuum pump from hydraulic reservoir. Install fill cap on hydraulic reservoir.  Put battery disconnect switch in ON position. Start engine and run at low idle for 30 seconds. Stop engine and check for leaks. heck to make sure priority valve operates correctly. See Section 5002. Check fluid level in hydraulic reservoir. Add oil as required. See Section 1002 for specifications.
