Description
SAS TEN22 Electric Pallet Truck Spare Parts List — Illustrated Parts Catalog (Portuguese & English)
This is the full illustrated spare parts list for the TEN22 electric pallet truck, published by SAS. Every major assembly on the truck is broken down into exploded drawings with numbered callouts, and each callout is tied to a table giving the item code, part description, quantity per assembly and, where it applies, a substitute or supply-status note. The manual is printed under its original title, LISTA DE PEÇAS Transpaleteira Elétrica TEN22, with the front matter and parts tables in Portuguese and English. If you service, maintain or rebuild a TEN22, this is the document that turns a drawing into an orderable part number instead of a guess.

Drive Unit and Drive Assembly
Both steering configurations are covered separately. The manual-steering section diagrams the handle spindle, the Φ230×75 drive wheels (including the cold-storage specification), the mounting base, gearbox assembly, brake, locating ring, division plate and motor, along with the small hardware that holds it all together — screws, spring washers, flat washers, circlips, bearings, bushings and stop plates. The electrical-steering sections add the potentiometer, link blocks, rotary damper, carbon brush assembly, proximity switch, retaining ring and the steering unit itself. Every one of these appears on a callout drawing with a matching item-code table.
Chapter 2: Hydraulic System
The hydraulic unit and the hydraulic power unit are broken down in detail: hose, pin, bushing, washer, circlip, joints, cylinder and its seal kit, mounting plate, plus the complete pump unit assembly with cables, switch, coupling, end cap, valve block, overflow valve, compensation valve, tank, motor, coil, magnetic valve, check valve, gear pump, oil tube, filter and the bolts that assemble the stack. This is the chapter to work from when a lift cylinder weeps, a valve sticks or the pump needs resealing.
Chapter 3: Truck Frame
The truck body, chassis and side-extraction chassis are documented here, together with the guard arm and the platform. Because the TEN22 is built in several chassis lengths, the chassis table lists the EU variants individually — 540 and 685 widths against 1150, 1220, 1350, 1400, 1500, 1600, 1800, 2000 and 2400 lengths — so the correct frame can be identified before ordering. The section continues into cell covers, axles, crash pads, pins, spring pins, push rod kits per length, push rod forks, bushings, oil cups, fender welding and the rise arms. A dedicated side-extraction chassis chapter covers the same ground for trucks that pull the battery or load sideways, including rollers, bearings, axles, stop blocks and handles.
Chapter 4: Steering System, Braking System, Wheels
Three tiller assemblies are listed, each with its own item-code table covering traction levers, sleeves, torsion springs, handle caps, button caps, magnets, horn button, springs, fixing base, circuit board, clamp, light, lamp holder, sensors and pedestals. The load wheel chapter separates the tandem version from the single version, with the pulley components, running pulleys, axles, risers, bushings, oil cups and the Φ84×84 and Φ82×110 wheels and their bearings. A caster assembly closes the chapter with its whirling arm, dust caps, retaining rings and Φ100×40 wheel.
Chapter 5: Electrical Parts
The electrical chapter is organised by steering and controller combination rather than by component, which makes it straightforward to match the wiring to the exact truck build: manual steering, electrical steering, manual steering COMBIACX, electrical steering COMBIACX+EPSDCO, manual steering F2A and electrical steering F2A+1220E. Each has its own wire harness and cable list. Alongside those are the display assembly (with emergency button, key switch, USB interface, MDI, D13L and 13510-Li display options and the pin-code lock variant), the controllers and their fuses, fuse holders, contactors and relays, the charger listings split by output and region, and the battery options covering 24V160Ah, 24V210Ah and 24V270Ah lead-acid as well as 24V150Ah and 24V200Ah lithium packs.
Chapter 6: Special Parts, Chapter 7: Others and the Appendix
Special parts covers the load backrest in both the standard and side-extraction versions. Chapter 7 holds the EU label and decal set, including the truck data plate. The appendix is where the fault-finding work really starts: electrical circuit diagrams for each steering and controller variant, the hydraulic circuit diagram, and a consumable parts list that cross-references every wear item — wheels, seal kit, carbon brush, air springs, bearings, fuses and the like — back to the chapter, section and item number where it is shown.
How the Parts Tables Are Read
Each table follows the same columns: No. (the callout on the drawing), Item Code (the number you order), Mark, Item Description, Qty. (quantity used in that assembly), Substitute and Note. Item descriptions stay close to the original wording so they can be matched against a dealer’s system without translation errors. Where a part differs by truck build — steering type, chassis length, battery chemistry, charger region — the table says so in the description or the note column, and the manual also flags electrical-steering and manual-steering quantities separately where the same fastener or washer is used in different counts.
Supply Status Codes in the Mark Column
The Mark column is not decoration; it tells you how a part will be supplied before you place the order. An unmarked line is a part in a short supply cycle. 1 means the part is supplied as a package — typically small parts and seals sold in package units. 2 means supply with constraints: the part is not held in stock and is prepared for production after the customer order is received, which puts it in a long supply cycle. 3 means phasing-out supply — the part is being replaced by an improved version and the current stock will not be replenished once it runs out, so the technical improvement notice should be checked. 4 means the item is supplied only as an assembly defined by the manufacturing process and cannot be bought as a single piece. 5 directs you to other tables in the manual. Reading this column before ordering saves the wasted round trip of a cancelled line.
What to Have Ready Before You Order
The manual’s front matter sets out the information the parts desk needs to avoid a wrong delivery. For a general order that means the truck model, its identification number and the year of manufacture. For assemblies such as the mast, hydraulic transmission unit, steering axle or motor, the manufacturer number of that specific part must be quoted as well. Because the TEN22 is offered with manual and electrical steering, several controller and charger generations, EU chassis lengths from 1150 to 2400, and both lead-acid and lithium batteries, the build details are what separate the right part from the almost-right part. Keeping the identification number to hand while working through the exploded views makes the whole process much faster.
Why This Parts List Belongs in the Workshop
A pallet truck is only as good as the parts going back onto it. Ordering a wheel bearing by eye, or fitting a seal kit that was never specified for the cylinder on your truck, is how a two-hour job becomes a two-week wait with the truck parked in the aisle. The TEN22 illustrated spare parts list removes that risk: each drawing shows exactly how an assembly comes apart and goes back together, each callout leads to a code, and each code carries the supply information you need before committing to the order. It is equally useful for the technician stripping a drive unit, the fleet supervisor building a stock list of consumables, and the buyer who needs to quote a repair without walking out to the machine.
For workshops running mixed fleets, the chapter layout keeps lookup time short — steering and wheels in one place, hydraulics in another, electrical parts grouped by controller family, and the circuit diagrams in the appendix where they are needed most. The consumable parts list at the back is effectively a pre-built wear-item checklist for scheduled maintenance.

The file is delivered as an instant PDF download after payment. There is no shipping and nothing to wait for — the catalog opens on a laptop, tablet or phone in the workshop, and any page covering the assembly in front of you can be printed and taken to the bench, greasy hands and all. Whether you are rebuilding a hydraulic power unit, tracing a harness fault on a COMBIACX truck or simply replacing a load wheel, the SAS TEN22 spare parts list gives you the part numbers, the quantities and the supply status in one place, ready the moment you need them.
