Description
This is the complete illustrated parts catalog for the Shanghai Shangli CPCD50SA and CPCD60SA internal-combustion counterbalanced forklifts — the 5,000 kg and 6,000 kg diesel-hydraulic trucks built by Shanghai Shangli Forklift Co., Ltd. Published as the Shanghai Shangli CPCD50SA CPCD60SA Forklift Parts Manual, it is the reference technicians, parts counters and fleet workshops use to identify, order and replace every serviceable component on these machines, from the fuel system through to the mast and lifting gear. The manual is bilingual throughout — its Chinese title, 零件目录, is printed on the cover alongside the English PARTS MANUAL header, and every contents line, illustration caption and parts table carries both Chinese and English descriptions.

Driving System
By far the largest section, opening with the fuel system — clamps, fuel and oil-resistant hoses in 8×1000 and 8×1400 sizes, the suction and return pipes, the fuel filter assembly and the diesel oil sensor. Radiator and piping pages cover the radiator assembly, output hoses at 16×1600 and 16×1400, and the associated clamps and pipework. The air intake pages list the paper element air cleaner, intake hose, rear cover, filter element and cleaner shell, followed by the exhaust muffler assembly with its gaskets, bolts, rubber cushions and mounting hardware.
The transmission portion is the deepest part of the book. It works through the torque converter in exploded detail — turbine shaft, stator hollow shaft, pump impeller, seal rings, O-rings, bearings, one-way clutch rollers and springs, first and second stator assemblies, drive housing and connecting flange. Three Torque Converter & Transmission Case sub-sections follow, then two Transmission Gear sections, two Transmission Gear & Shaft sections and the clutch drum assemblies with their friction and mating plates, pistons, return springs and rivets. The Control Valve & Piping, Control Valve and Regulator Valve & Piping pages document the shift and inching valve spools, springs, detent balls, oil seals and the forward/reverse clutch oil line assemblies. The oil pump section covers the gear pump, suction strainer, oil screen and pipework.
Drivetrain hardware continues with the propeller shaft — flange yokes, universal joints, snap rings, coupling yokes and bolts — and four Front Axle sub-sections covering the axle housing, support plates, breather, brake drum, oil seals, tapered roller bearings, hub, ring gear and the planetary carrier with its planet gears, pins, thrust washers and bushings. The chapter closes with the reduction and differential assembly: spiral bevel gears, differential case halves, pinion, side gears, spider, shims, oil seals and roller bearings.
Steering System
Steering column components, the steering shaft and column tube, upper bushing, rubber plate, clamps and the full-hydraulic steering unit. The steering wheel assembly is broken down to horn button, horn spring, contact plate, plunger, bushing and knob. Two Rear Axle sub-sections cover the knuckle assemblies, king pins, joint bearings, tie rod plates, grease nipples, wheel hub, tapered roller bearings, oil seals, rim and tyre. The steering cylinder appears with its head, O-rings, dust-proof ring, backup rings and Yx-type seals.
Body System
Frame, floor plates and floor mats, cross members, engine cover and radiator cover with gas springs, the seat, and the overhead guard with its canopy canvas, brackets, vibration cushions and sealing strips.
Control System
Hand brake lever and handbrake assembly — lever, camshaft, shoe and lining assemblies, return and adjusting springs, drum, lock washers and adjuster. Throttle and engine control pages list the accelerator pedal, pedal pad, rods, levers, bushings, ball joints and the engine stop cable. Brake control and master cylinder pages cover the brake pedal, pedal shaft, brake bracket, master cylinder internal parts (push rod, valve slug, piston cup, return spring, valve assembly), the vacuum booster, brake lines and hoses, reservoir tank and the left and right wheel brake assemblies.
Hydraulic System
Six Hydraulic Pipeline sub-sections covering the oil filler cover, return filter, suction pipe, gear pump, high-pressure hoses in d10, d16, d25 and d32 sizes, hose clamps, O-rings, connectors and the single-flow divider valve. The chapter closes with the hydraulic multi-way directional control valve and its control linkage — spools, levers, knobs, U-shaped clevises, pins and spacers.
Lifting System
Four Mast sub-sections covering the outer and inner mast assemblies, material and side rollers, roller brackets, shims, chains and chain wheels, plus the fork carrier and fork sub-assembly, stop pins and springs. The tilt cylinder and lift cylinder pages break down the bushings, dust rings, Yx-type seals, guides, piston rods, pistons, backing rings and check valve components, and the final hydraulic line section covers the mast hoses and clamps.
Electric System
Two Electric System sections covering head and combination lamps, turn signal switch, rear lamp brackets, batteries, battery clamps and rods, regulator and bracket, generator regulator, wiring harnesses A, B and C, combination instrument, oil pressure switch, buzzer, battery cables, water temperature and oil temperature sensors, brake light switch and horn.
Mark & Tools
The Mark chapter reproduces the decal and nameplate set — load capacity charts, warning plates, tonnage and model plates, fuel and tire pressure decals and the hand brake indicator. The Tools chapter lists the special service items: wheel socket wrench, grease gun, handle, brake adjusting bar, front and rear wheel socket wrenches and open-ended spanner kits.
How the Part Numbers Are Organised
Every page pairs an exploded illustration with a numbered parts table. The columns are Item, Part No., 零部件名称 / Description, Q’ty and, where a component differs between the two trucks, a Model applicable column. Standard fasteners and bearings — bolts, washers, spring washers, nuts, retaining rings, ball and tapered roller bearings, oil seals — are listed under their GB, HG or JB standard reference so you can source them locally rather than through a forklift dealer. Assemblies carrying a manufacturer number use the COC50-, COF50-, COM50-, COH50-, COX50-, COT50-, COQ50-, COW30-, COS50-, COK75-, 50K75- or COZ50- prefixes, and most sub-assemblies are further broken down with a dash suffix so you can order the complete unit or just the individual internal component.
The introduction is explicit about how to order: state the forklift model and its date of manufacture, then quote the complete part number, the full description and the quantity exactly as printed. Because the catalog was compiled from machines built after 2005 and later structural changes are not notified, checking the part number against your truck’s build date before ordering is the safe habit this book is designed around.
What the Shanghai Shangli CPCD50SA / CPCD60SA Parts Manual Lets You Do
With this catalog open you can rebuild a torque converter, replace a clutch pack, reseal a lift or tilt cylinder, overhaul a front or rear axle, swap out steering knuckle bearings, trace a hydraulic hose by size and end fitting, or source a warning decal — and each time you are working from the number Shanghai Shangli actually assigned to that part rather than from a measurement or a guess. That matters most on a 5-tonne to 6-tonne truck where a wrong bearing, seal or friction plate does not simply fail — it takes the drum, the shaft or the housing with it. Ordering by the printed number keeps the machine to its original specification and keeps a second repair off the schedule.
IMAGES PREVIEW
Because the manual is delivered as an instant PDF download, there is no shipping, no waiting on a parts counter and no risk of a paper copy being out of print for a discontinued model. Open it on a laptop on the workshop bench, a tablet beside the machine or a phone in the yard, print only the pages for the job in front of you, and keep the rest of the book clean. Whether you run a single CPCD50SA, a mixed fleet of CPCD50SA and CPCD60SA trucks, or a service business that sees both, this is the parts reference those machines were sold with — now in a searchable, portable format you own outright.
