Installation of driving system: – General –
The sealing gaskets contacting the motor shaft is a biconvex sealing gasket and an O
ring, which is respectively installed on the electric motor flange and gearbox housing.
There’s a hole on the motor flange, in which installs the fixing ring of the bearing. The
motor shaft is fixed along the axial direction and the motor flange is fixed from the
reverse direction (see Fig 3). The motor flange is attached to the gearbox by 3 M10
screws (See Fig 2). The length of the three screws are 50mm, 90mm and 90mm. The
recommended installation torque is 50Nm. Precaution during installation
The gearbox can only move along the axial direction after it is connected with the
electric motor. The gearbox shaft should be cross-cut. We recommend that you point
the spline at the opening of the gearbox to the motor shaft and make installation.
In order to facilitate this kind of connection, we recommend that you put three pins in
the three screws holes and replace them with screws after the gearbox points to the
