Description
STILL EXV Basic / EXV 10 / EXV 12 / EXV 12i Spare Parts Catalog
This is the complete STILL spare parts list for the EXV Basic, EXV 10, EXV 12 and EXV 12i walkie-high lift trucks, issued under Ident-Nr. 50208069001 – 07.10. Every assembly on the truck is drawn and broken down into its individual components, so you can pin down the exact part number for an electromagnetic brake, a hydraulic valve coil, a mast roller or a single harness connector before you touch the machine. Each exploded figure carries item numbers, part numbers, quantities, descriptions, remarks and the validity dates that tell you which revision fits your particular truck build.
The catalog follows the truck’s construction section by section: drive motor and gearbox, chassis and bodywork, wheels and rollers, tiller head and tiller arm, electromagnetic brake, lock switch and control unit, electric and electronic equipment, hydraulic and pump units, the mast with its lift cylinders and fork carriage, plus screen grids, labels and FleetManager options. Variant-specific parts are flagged in the Remarks column by chassis width B5=520, B5=560 or B5=680 and by lift height H1, so a part for a simplex SX mast is not confused with one for a duplex DX, a DXLLT/NIHO/DO or a triplex TX.

Drive Motor and Gearbox
The traction motor assembly 50023500503 is exploded into rotor, tacho-alternator, housing, bearing, key, lockwashers and screws, alongside the matching transmission drawing with its cover and breather, studs, grooved ball bearing, circlip, grooved ring and plug. Two gearbox mounting configurations are shown – the early layout with steering stop and washer, and the later version with stop, hexagon nut and additional mounting hardware – so the brake, wheel nuts and screw caps can be matched to the build date of your truck.
Chassis, Bodywork and Fittings
Chassis assemblies are listed in every combination of chassis width and lift height, from B5=520 / H1=1490 through B5=680 / H1=2590, with separate part numbers for the pre-March 2009 and post-March 2009 builds. The section also carries the cowl in 520, 560 and 680 mm widths, the fork frame, motor hood assembly, hood halves, battery cover with lock and support, retaining bands left and right, hinges, clasp, clamping pieces and the foot guard, each with its fasteners and washers called out.
Wheels, Rollers and Load Castors
The drive wheel is listed in Vulkollan 90-92 Shore, polyurethane antistatic, polyurethane quartz and Tractothan compounds, plus solid rubber 73-75 Shore in standard and no-marking versions. Support wheel assemblies, swivel forks, spacers and ball bearings follow. Roller coverage is equally deep: single rollers in Vulkollan and Tophane, tandem rollers, Vulkollan basic-lift rollers in 60, 65 and 80 mm widths, and antistatic tandem rollers, along with roller guides, levers, bearing bushes, pins and the load castor assemblies for both the fixed and spring-loaded fork ends.
Tiller Head and Tiller Arm
Four tiller head variants are broken down – the EXV 10 head, the EXV 10/12 head, the EXV 10/12 cold store head and the EXV 12 basic lift head – each with its controller assembly, push button, repair kit for 3-hole or 5-hole housings, cutting screws and cable harness. The tiller arm itself is drawn with guard plate, gas spring, Optispeed potentiometer, bolt, bearing bushes, spring element, stop and support, so the entire steering and drive-control assembly can be rebuilt from individual components rather than replaced as a unit.
Electromagnetic Brake
The electromagnetic brake section lists the brake unit, brake disk, brake hub, mounting set, tab and gasket. These are the wear parts that determine stopping performance on a walkie-high lift truck, and the exploded drawing shows how the disk and hub sit inside the brake body so the correct friction components can be ordered against the truck’s serial number.
Lock Switch and Control Unit
The 3-position key switch is shown with its washer and label, and the control unit section adds the support, indicator unit, cutting screw, washer and the Digicode cable harness. Together these cover the truck’s ignition and access-control hardware, including the later harness revisions introduced from mid-2009 onward.
Electric Equipment, Cable Harnesses and Battery Cables
The central electrical system assembly is drawn with its electronic control, contactors, fuse, handle, transducer, magnet, indicator, key switch, cable ties and the complete harness. Individual wiring harnesses are catalogued for the control board, the control board with basic lift, the tiller, the tiller cold-store version, the switch harness and the basic-lift harness in both pre- and post-March 2010 versions. Battery cables are listed with DIN 80A, DIN 160A and SBE 160A plugs and sockets, plus lithium-battery variants, so the correct cable and connector can be matched to the battery type fitted.
Built-in Battery Charger and Sensor
The built-in charger is covered in standard, gel, basic-lift and gel basic-lift configurations, each with its support, cable guide, hexagon nut, washer, cable tie, plate, clip and label, and with three harness assemblies for the EC, GB and CH plug standards. The basic-lift sensor section lists the sensor, tab, gasket, housing and 4-pin gasket that make up the lift-height sensing circuit.
Hydraulic Unit and Pump Unit
Three pump units are catalogued – 1.5 kW, 2 kW and 3.2 kW – plus the motor-pump unit used on basic-lift trucks. The 1.5 kW and 3.2 kW units share a common valve block drawing with hydraulic valves, coils, repair kits, non-return valve, screw plug, check valve, oil tank, suction and return tubes, suction strainer and electronic panel. The 2 kW unit is drawn around its own manifold, valve, limiter load, solenoid coil, pump motor, drive, hydraulic pump, pipe union, air filter, tank and drain plug. Basic-lift hydraulics add cylinder assemblies with seal sets, spherical washers, conical seats and hose lines.
Mast, Lift Cylinders and Fork Carriage
The lift system section covers simplex SX, duplex DX, duplex DXLLT/NIHO/DO and triplex TX masts across every lift height, with inner lift mast assemblies, lift cylinders, leaf chains, chain pulleys, chain supports, rollers, roller supports, shims, lockwashers, O-rings, chain anchors, cotter pins and hexagon nuts. Fork carriages are listed for SX, DX/DXLLT and TX in L=1000 and L=1150 lengths and B5=520/560/680 widths. Lift cylinders are further broken down to barrel, rod piston, cylinder head, scraper, grooved ring, seal set, throttle valve and plug, so a cylinder can be resealed rather than replaced.
Pressure Rod
The pressure-rod section lists bolts in 93, 108 and 137 mm lengths, pins, retainer plates, countersunk screws, levers with rings, bearing bushes, rollers and shims for the basic-lift linkage. Two pressure-rod configurations are shown – the earlier assembly and the later shaft-based version with socket pins, complete wheels and slotted spring pins – which matters when ordering linkage parts for trucks built either side of the change.
Screen Grids
Mast screen grids are catalogued by lift height and material – H1=1490 through H1=2590, in standard mesh and LEXAN versions – with clamp counts, support brackets and screw caps specified per height. Fork-carriage screens for the 800 mm load backrest are listed separately with their levers, angles, threaded pins and hexagon nuts.
Labels and Lift Height Scales
Decal sets are listed for EXV 10, EXV 12, EXV Basic and EXV 12 Li, including the nameplate, capacity rating plates for each chassis width and lift height, cold-store plates and STILL Deutschland stickers. Lift height scales are broken out for DX/Duplex/Tele, DXLLT/NIHO/DO and TX/Triplex masts, with the individual plate and label part numbers that make up each scale.
FleetManager
Four FleetManager configurations are catalogued – WLAN, GPRS, WLAN with shock sensor and GPRS with shock sensor – each with central electrical system, motor hood, support assembly, wiring harness, mounting sockets, antenna assembly, radio module, cable ties and, where fitted, the acceleration sensor assembly and its connecting cable. A separate basic FleetManager kit without radio module is also listed.
Why This Parts Catalog Belongs in Your Workshop
A walkie-high lift truck is only as reliable as the parts you put back into it. Ordering by description alone gets you the wrong brake disk, the wrong roller width or the wrong harness revision, and the machine sits idle while the wrong part goes back. This STILL EXV spare parts catalog removes that guesswork: every figure gives you the part number the factory assigned to that exact position on that exact build, and the validity columns show which superseded part applies to your truck’s build date rather than the one next to it on the shelf.
Use it to price a repair before you start, to quote a customer with confidence, to check whether a mast is simplex or duplex before you order rollers, or to confirm that the charger harness you are about to fit matches the EC, GB or CH plug standard on the machine in front of you. The 467-page catalog covers the whole truck – drive, chassis, wheels, tiller, brake, electrics, hydraulics, masts, lift cylinders, fork carriage and the FleetManager accessory range – so one file answers most of the parts questions that come across the counter in a week.
