The 08400 is motorcycle with the turn signal and brake light removed from the SP4OO (ON-ROAD type} and its suspension system and tires have been changed to make it suitable as an OFF-ROAD type. The DR4OO does not come within the application scope of the Environmental Protection Agency’s emission regulations because it is an OFF-ROAD type.
