CLUTCH WHEEL
Inspect visually the condition of the inner clutch
wheel surface for scuffing, scratch, cracks or
uneven wear. If the surface shows any abnormality,
replace the clutch wheel with a new one.

CLUTCH BEARINGS
Inspect these bearings for any abnormality,
particularly cracks. Upon removal from the clutch
decide whether they can be reused or should be
replaced.
Smooth engagement and disengagement of the
clutch depends much on the condition of these
bearings.

ONE WAY CLUTCH
Inspect the one way clutch CD by hand while
fixing it in the clutch housing. Rotate the inner
race ® by hand to inspect for an abnormal noise
and a smooth rotation. Replace the one way
clutch if there is anything unusual.
