Group 22 — Lubricating System

System design: gear-type pump, dual full-flow filters + by-pass (turbo feed), plate-type oil cooler, piston cooling nozzles. Valve set points are called out (safety, cooler bypass, filter bypass, piston-cooling, reducing).

Oil pressure: 400–550 kPa @ ~1100 rpm; idle ≥175 kPa.

Oil cooler element leak test: 250 kPa immersion test procedure.

Group 23 — Fuel System (EDC III)

Fuel pressure spec (post-filter): ≥350 kPa @ 1000 rpm and at full load; test port & gauge adapter listed.
