WARNING

• EYEBOL T(S) OR LIFTING LUG(S) ARE INTENDED FOR LIFTING THE MOTOR ONLY WITH THE STANDARD ACCESSORIES SUCH AS TACHOMETER, BRAKES, ETC., MOUNTED BY MOHLER TECHNOLOGY, INC. THE LIFTING MEANS ON THE MOTOR MUST NOT BE USED TO LIFT THE UNIT PLUS ADDTIONAL EQUIPMENT SUCH AS GEARS, PUMPS, COMPRESSORS, OR OTHER DRIVEN EQUIPMENT. THE LIFTING MEANS ON THE MOTOR CANNOT BE USED TO LIFT ASSEMBLIES OF MOTOR AND OTHER EQUIPMENT MOUNTED ON A COMMON BASE. THESE ASSEMBLIES MUST BE LIFTED BY OTHER LIFTING MEANS.
• Care should be taken to assure lifting in the direction intended in the design of the lifting means. Lift using all lugs provided. Likewise, precautions should be taken to prevent hazardous overloads due to sudden deceleration, acceleration or shock forces.

WARNING

• THE USE OF HIGHER THAN RATED WATER PRESSURE FOR WATER COOLED MOTORS CAN CAUSE SERIOUS OR FATAL INJURY TO PERSONNEL.
• Make certain that water connections and hoses are securely fastened to water inlet and outlet ports and that proper flow is provided to cool the motor when in use. Hoses should have test pressure rating higher or equal to that of motor operating pressure.
