Chassis

The chassis chapter is where most routine part enquiries begin. It catalogs the counterweight groups for 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.3 and 3.5 ton ratings, the belly plate and engine guard changeovers, the frame assemblies in both MMC DF and MMC LP configurations, and the foam, step plate and floor plate groups. Cooling hardware is laid out here too, including the open-core radiator assemblies in standard, anti-clog and bigger 101 mm variants, the radiator shroud and screen changeovers, and the cooling fan. You will also find the vertical LPG tube arrangements (Tier-3, EU standard, non-certified), the LP tank mounting plates, the steer axle group with its knuckles, king pins and wheel hub assemblies, the tilt cylinder groups from 3/3 through 6/10, brake and master cylinder hardware, and the fuel and hydraulic line groups.

Driving Module

The driving module covers the parts that actually move the truck. Transmission assemblies and the S5T9 gear train are detailed alongside torque converter, clutch disk, piston and bearing parts. Drive axle assemblies appear in both S5A4 and S5A5 forms, with the differential gear assembly, ring and pinion set, taper roller bearings, brake covers, spindles and hub components called out individually. Gear pump assemblies for the main hydraulic pump are also listed here, along with the tire and wheel arrangements — single and double, pneumatic and solid — and the matching fender groups for single and dual tire configurations.

Engine

The engine chapter is dedicated to the MMC 2.4L and is split across the three emission configurations that appear throughout the book: T-3 LP, T-3 DF and N-C LP / N-C DF. Cylinder block, head, camshaft, crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, oil pan, timing covers and covers, oil pump, water pump, thermostat housing, starter, alternator, ignition coils, throttle body, fuel lock valve, mixer and LP regulator are all indexed by part number, together with the sensor pack (crank position, camshaft, MAP, O2, oil pressure, water temperature) and the relevant ECU variants. Service kits — the 5000-hour service kit, the gasket kit and the sprocket kit — are grouped for convenient ordering, and the loose-part fuel pump / filter / coupler package used on the LP build is detailed separately.

Operating Module

This section is unusually deep for a parts book and covers the operator environment in full. Seat groups range from static (standard, with hip rest and with no logo) through the Grammer suspension seat in armrest and non-armrest versions and the AMA suspension seat. The modular cabin A, B and C kits, the full cabin build, the LH and RH door assemblies, the cabin wiper, the interior trim group and the glass group are all itemised. Air conditioning, the heater group for the G25P-7, the CD player option, the combination lamp and LED lamp options, the overhead guard and drive-in-rack guard, the weight scale, the sound-suppression kits, and the full control-valve assemblies (2, 3 and 4 section, with their lift, tilt, auxiliary, dual divider and solenoid sections) are laid out with every O-ring, connector and lever called out. If your forklift has any option on it, this is where you find its part number.

Mast

The mast chapter is one of the largest in the book. Standard (STD), full free lift (FFL) and full free triple (FFT) mast arrangements are listed from MFH 1800 mm up through 2030, 2350, 2580, 2720, 2950, 3000, 3230, 3495, 3500, 3610, 3655, 3800, 3900, 3950, 4240, 4290, 4380, 4520, 4580, 4730, 4805, 4820, 4930, 4960, 5110, 5170, 5205, 5260, 5410, 5560, 5655, 5700, 6010, 6150, 6170, 6290, 6500, 6555, 6900, 6910, 7060, 7360, 7510 and 7810 mm, plus the quad mast options to 8200 mm. Each arrangement is tied to its own lift cylinder, secondary cylinder set, sheave group, relay group, chain length and mount group, and the hydraulic line groups for the mast face (primary and secondary, 3-way and 4-way, STD/FF/FFT) sit alongside as separate line-group sections.

Fork

Hook-on forks for 2.0/2.5 ton and 3.0/3.3 ton classes are listed across the full length range, with the fork assembly and hook details broken out. Fork extensions in 1300, 1500, 1600, 1700 and 1800 mm lengths appear with their pin assemblies, and fork attachment variants for the larger classes are grouped with their repositioner hardware — lever, spring, pin, roller pin and block.

Carriage

The carriage chapter covers the standard carriage, the double-tire carriage, the wide 1600 mm and 1740 mm carriages, and the integral side shifter versions in STD, FF and FFT configurations. Load backrests are catalogued across both tonnage classes, including the round-edge and CROWN-option rest assemblies. Fork positioners, fork movers, integral side shifter / fork mover combinations, carriage mount groups, bearing and shim packs, cylinder assemblies, line groups and quick couplings round out the section — enough to rebuild or upgrade the entire front-end attachment.

Miscellaneous

The location chart referenced at the end of the book is included as its own entry.

How the Part Numbers Are Presented

Every illustration is accompanied by a parts list keyed to the same item numbers. The table carries the item callout, part number, quantity and part name, and the surrounding text uses the same abbreviations you see in the Doosan legend — S for separate illustration, NS for non-serviceable, C for a changed part number, DEL for a deleted item, E for order-by-the-centimetre hose, and so on. Because every illustration carries the item numbers in the drawing as well as the table, you can identify the exact part by pointing at it on the truck and reading the callout off the diagram.

Why This Parts Book Belongs in Your Workshop

Ordering the wrong part on a 2 to 3.5 ton forklift costs more than the part — it costs a shift of downtime. This Doosan G20P-7 G25P-7 G30P-7 G33P-7 G35C-7 forklift parts book removes that risk. Instead of describing a component in an email and hoping the counter staff decode it correctly, you read the part number straight from the exploded diagram and order exactly what the truck was built with. It supports rebuild work — drive axles, differentials, mast cylinders, side shifters, control valves — as well as routine replacement of filters, seals, hoses, fenders, seats and cab components. It also lets you confirm that a part fits a particular serial range before it ships, since the serial breakdown for each of the five models is stated up front.
