General information:
The braking system is formed by the following components (Fig. 1):
– Self-ventilated disc brakes on each wheel.
– Coaxial cylinder hydraulic pump connected to brake booster 1.
– Two independent and crossed hydraulic circuits (right front/left rear – left front/right rear).
– Emergency and hand brake 5 with mechanical manual control, acting on rear wheels.
– Brake fluid reservoir 10 with float for oil minimum level, connected to the dashboard panel warning light.
– Warning light 12 on the dashboard for low oil level in the reservoir and/or too high front pad wear (see note on page G5).
– Warning lights on the dashboard for system operation check (see page G5).
