Section 240 — Electrical Equipment

This section is the heart of the supplement and covers the complete electrical system for the 2155 through 3255 tractor range. It is divided into six groups. Group 10 provides the electrical diagrams for tractors without SGB, including parts designations, section designations, wiring harness designations, complete tractor circuit diagrams, engine wiring harnesses, dash wiring harnesses and fender wiring harnesses. The harness coverage is serial-number specific, with separate diagrams for tractors up to Serial No. 637 100L, from 637 101L to 769 019L, and from 769 020L onward.

Group 15 shifts to circuit diagnosis, providing diagnostic procedures with special tools, starting motor and charging circuit tests, cold weather starting aids, lighting and worklights, control unit and hourmeter, front PTO, and engine and tractor speed meter circuits.
