Description

New Holland BR7060 and BR7070 Round Baler Operator Manual

This is the complete operator’s manual for the New Holland BR7060 and BR7070 round balers, covering both the 4 ft x 5 ft and 4 ft x 6 ft models. Published under document number 84187868, dated 9/09 and superseding 87744269, it is the guide that ships with the machine and walks the operator through every stage of ownership: hitching to the tractor, setting the pickup, forming a core, wrapping with net or twine, ejecting the finished bale, and keeping the baler in service through the season. The same 228 pages serve the technician who greases, adjusts chains, replaces belts and troubleshoots the wrapper systems.

Put the Full Manual to Work

The BR7060 and BR7070 are capable machines, but their output depends on setup. A pickup set too low picks up stones; a pickup set too high leaves crop. A core formed too fast produces a soft bale; too slow and you lose capacity. Net or twine tension, density pressure, windguard height, stuffer link position โ€” each has a correct setting, and this operator manual gives you the setting, the adjustment procedure and the field check that confirms it. Having the full document on hand means you can adjust the baler to the crop in front of you, diagnose a wrapping fault without guessing, torque a clutch or a bearing to the value the factory specifies, and complete seasonal maintenance on schedule.
