Schwing Stetter M2.25 Batching Plant Manual

Important points when ordering spare parts: 1. State type, year of construction, serial number of machine and/or vehicle.

2. State quantity, lndent—No, of the requested part and list-No.

(In some cases there can be supplied only complete subassemblies; there oval of individual parts from these subassemblies is not permitted.)

3. Give dispatch instructions. e.g. sample without value. parcel post. ordinary freight. sea freight. air freight, express, etc

. 4. Exact address, give postal code, delivery office for postal dispatch. and station resp. port of destination for rail, sea or air dispatch

. 5. We ask that any claims should be notified to us within eight days of delivery.

6. Claims under guarantee can only be entertained when they are made in writing. based on fact and promptly submitted and the defective part is returned. The charge made for the spare parts will be credited after acceptance of the guarantee claim. 7. The return of spare parts is only possible in exceptional cases and then only after having contacted us.

A 10% processing fee will be deducted when crediting. 8. General: Dispatch of spare parts is made under customer’s expense and risk. Packaging costs are for the customers account.

Packing materials cannot be returned or credited. Calico packing cases are rented packing material and should be like immediately retuned free of change by rail freight with the accompanying advice slip.

If the consignment is to be insured, this should be stated on the order.

9. Prices subject to alteration. 10.ln general our conditions of sale and delivery resp. the general conditions for supply and erection of the plant and machinery LKW 188 A shall apply.

11 .Subject to change without notice. Atranslation of the designation of the individual parts has not been made as for ordering there are only the Indent-No. and the llst-No. of importance.
