Complete 265-page illustrated parts catalog for the Terex I-110RS impact crusher, with exploded views and part listings for the chassis, tracks, VGF feeder, CAT C9 and Scania D9 powerunits, impactor, screen, conveyors, electrics and hydraulics.
Description
This illustrated parts catalog is built around the way a spares counter actually works: locate the figure, read the item number off the drawing, cross to the listing, order the exact component. For the Terex I-110RS impact crusher it does that across the whole machine – 265 pages of exploded views, isometrics and sectioned drawings arranged by assembly rather than by part name, so a complete sub-assembly can be stripped and rebuilt without guessing at bracket, bolt, seal or hose numbers.

Machine Summary and Chassis
Figure 01-01 opens with a full-machine summary drawing, so the first thing you see is the crusher as a whole with every major assembly called out. Chapter 02 then drops into the chassis weldment itself: feeder mounting brackets front and rear, recirculating support legs, spring seats, main conveyor guides for both sides, the hydraulic bank mount, hammer lock and chain, magnet mount, and the emergency stop protection bracket introduced from serial number TRX110ICCOMCA4871. The water pump option is documented as its own figure with the flow control valve, hydraulic gear motor, drive coupling, foot mount, dry running stack and three-way ball valve, and the magnet option is broken out separately.
Tracks
Track coverage is unusually thorough because the I-110RS was built on more than one track supplier. Figure 03-01 gives the left and right track frames with the MCV kits split between Strickland/Trackline and Terex tracks, plus the track step, grease hose, coupler and pressure gauge. Figure 03-02 carries the Terex track part listings, and that chapter is shared across the C-1540RS, I-110RS, I-130 and J-1175 – useful if you run more than one of these machines. The Strickland figure lists gearbox and hydraulic motor combinations by their plate references (NS385D-KB200AG-DT00 and NS385E-EE201JB-DT00), sprockets, brake release adapters and seals, flanged lower rollers, idler yoke, elastomer and the track chain, shoe, bolt and nut counts. The Trackline figure covers frame, guide, gearbox, sprocket, 54-link assembly, master pin, 500 mm shoes, idler group, heavy duty idler spring, yoke, tensioner and track rollers.
VGF Feeder and Hopper
The feeder box figure lists the LHS and RHS liner plates, base liner plate, load carrier flights, rear blanking rubber, spring butts, spring mounts and the vibratory feeder frame. The inclined section adds grizzly bars in 40 mm, grizzly mounting clamps, mesh clamps, the small VGF mesh at 30 mm aperture, rear spacing plate, sealing rubbers and the blanked grizzly cassette option. The vibrating unit is exploded to housing, cartridge, bearings, gears, shafts, end plates, gearcase, bell housing, hydraulic motor and coupling halves. The hopper option is drawn with base, back flap, RHS and LHS extensions, rear extension, ram guard, VGF motor guard, hinge eye bolts and wedges.
Powerunit – CAT C9 and Scania D9
Two complete powerunit chapters are included. The Tier 3 CAT C9 section covers the powerunit frame and radiator pack, engine compartment panels, gas struts, latches and handles, then the engine assembly itself: scavenge hose, restriction indicator pipe, radiator drain and sump drain pipes, exhaust sections and tail piece, silencer box and heat shield, cobrahead air inlet, air filter outer and inner, watertrap, C9 ACERT cradle, engine mountings, batteries and securing straps, starter relay, fuel pump and the Danfoss 90R180 pump where the machine serial number confirms it. The Tier 4 Scania section mirrors that structure with the DC13 exhaust pipe, SCR mounting, hydrolysis-to-SCR pipe variants by serial number, air intake pipe, hump reducers, constant torque clamps, Bowex coupling hub and flange, pump mounting plate, engine mounts, fuel, oil and watertrap filter kits. Control box parts and door hardware close the chapter.
Hydraulic and Fuel Tanks
The hydraulic tank figure covers the tank weldment, lid, seal, filler cap, rubber mountings and discs, desiccant air breather, return filters and elements, suction filters, float level switch, fluid level and temperature gauge and the low pressure ball valve. The fuel tank figure is shorter but complete: tank, support frame, rubber mounts and clamps, long fuel level gauge, filler cap and blanking plug.
Impactor
This is the heart of the book for anyone rebuilding the chamber. The impactor figure covers the impact chamber, side plates, chamber rubber clamps, front and rear closer plates, hopper deflector plates, impactor spacers, discharge guarding, drive side guards, spray bar, adjuster pivot plate and bar, and the crusher drive mounting. The rotor figure details the shaft, clamping sleeve, fixed and loose bearing assemblies, bearing housings, roller bearing, adaptor sleeve and locking key, and lists the blow bar options – martensitic, martensitic with ceramic tip, and high chrome. Front and rear impact aprons, impact arms, impact plates, hinge pins and shafts are listed separately, as are the spindle suspension units for both aprons with crossbeam, spindle, protective tubes, spring, spring bracket and fastening screw. Inlet door, mounting flaps, hinges and door locking assembly, wear plates with their bolt and washer quantities, and the grinding path option with grinding arm, path beams, spindle and springs complete the chapter.
Screen
Screen coverage begins at serial number FJS600060 and includes screen walls, woven mesh, mesh clamps and end clamps, cam plates, bolt-on anchors, spring covers and springs, side and back tension frames, blanking rubber and clamping brackets, feed-in chute and transport stops. The screen shaft assembly is fully exploded – bearing housings and caps, bearings, circlips, coupling halves and rubber insert, drive and weight covers, shaft, screen weights, shaft guard, oil seals and the hydraulic motor. Telescopic, mounting frame and subframe figures follow with rams, pins, valve blocks, flow divider and Jost legs.
Conveyors
Ten conveyor families are documented. The main conveyor chapter covers the base unit, feedboot and feedboot clamps, centre and wing rollers, conveyor tracking rollers, idler and drive drums, scraper rubber and V-scraper, side skirts, belt guards and the impact bar. First and second elements, head section, telescopics, fines conveyor and head section, transfer conveyor, oversize conveyor and the recirculating conveyor with its feedboot and chute are each given their own figure. The dirt conveyor option and the telescopic dirt conveyor with its inner and outer sections, 426 drums, plough scrapers, Rosta scrapers and tensioners are included, as is the middlegrade conveyor option and the reverse transfer conveyor from FJS600060.
Catwalk, Electrics and Hydraulics
The catwalk figure lists gates, springs, caps, clips, floor panels, handrails, fixed ladder and support brackets. Electrical coverage runs across four component figures and the REV2 schematic set: Hetronic remote handset and receiver for EU/ROW and US markets, PDM screen, Danfoss A102 controller, 1310 controller, safety relay, relays and bases, fuse holders, battery isolator, beacon, siren, solenoid and transducer cables, plus the main and secondary panel layouts. Hydraulics are split into the assembly figure with the jacks for housing and suspension spindle and the locking bar, the circuit diagram, and dedicated hose schedules for the hopper, main conveyor, dirt conveyor, fines conveyor and recirculating conveyor, followed by main build hydraulics 1 to 8 listing every hose, adaptor, bonded seal, bulkhead adapter, check valve, flow divider and hose clamp.
Undertray Feeder and By-Pass Chute
The closing chapters document the secondary vibratory feeder – side and rear sealing rubbers, secondary feeder wear plates front and rear, springs, vibrator units, coupling and covers – and the by-pass chute with its back plate, bolt-on front, chute flap, MK3 liners, connecting plate rubbers, discharge rubber clamps, access plates and flap hinge bar.
Front-Matter Reference That Saves Ordering Mistakes
Before the figures start, the catalog includes a working reference section that is easy to skip and expensive to ignore. The ordering procedure spells out exactly what to quote – machine serial number, figure number, item number, part number, description and quantity – with a worked example. The serial number page decodes the plate itself: the TRX prefix, model block, check digit, plant code, year code, month code and sequence number, using TRX130RSHOMA71029 as the illustration. Track identification gets its own page showing where the plate sits on the track frame and skid plate, with examples from Strickland, Terex and Trackline. The engine page shows plate locations on both sides of the engine with Caterpillar, Deutz and Scania examples.
There is also a PDM and PLC page explaining where the software version stickers sit and how to read them off the start-up screen, a machine navigation diagram that fixes the convention that the feed end is always the back of the machine, a liner profile guide covering the standard S tooth, the multi-tooth and quarry tooth options with their wear characteristics and the note that fixed and moving liners can be rotated 180 degrees once the first face is worn, a screen media guide covering square, elongated, self-cleaning mesh and poly modules, a mesh specification chart, and the paint codes – Finlay Red RAL 2002, Terex White RAL 1013, Terex Grey RAL 7024, Terex Black RAL 9005 and Terex Red RAL 3020.
What This Parts Catalog Lets You Do
With this catalog open you can price a full impactor rebuild before you touch a spanner, confirm whether a guard or bracket changed at a serial number break rather than after the part fails to fit, order the right track component for the supplier actually fitted to your machine, and match a blow bar material to the application instead of taking whatever is on the shelf. It supports stock planning for a quarry or recycling operation running an I-110RS, gives a workshop the numbers to quote a job accurately, and lets an owner verify that a quote references the correct assembly.
Correct part numbers matter on a crusher because the cost of a wrong one is not the part – it is the crane, the labour and the lost production day. Serial number breaks are flagged throughout this catalog for exactly that reason, and options such as the magnet, water pump, dirt conveyor, middlegrade conveyor and grinding path are separated so an optioned machine does not get standard parts ordered against it.
Delivery is instant. The PDF lands in your account immediately after payment, opens on any laptop, tablet or phone, and prints cleanly to A4 or Letter for the workshop binder. No shipping, no waiting, no region restrictions – one file, the whole machine.
