Description
HC-Cargo Agricultural Machinery Parts & Applications Catalog 2013/2014
The HC-Cargo Agricultural Machinery Parts and Applications Catalog 2013/2014 is a 433-page electrical spare parts reference built for the agricultural trade. It is organised by original equipment manufacturer and by component family, so a dealer, parts counter or workshop can move from a machine in the yard to a Cargo part number, then to the OEM number it replaces, without leaving the book. Alternators, starters, dynastarters, component-level parts, workshop consumables, engine management electrics and the complete lighting programme are all held in one volume, and the whole catalogue is closed out by a machine-by-machine application list and a full cross reference list.

Alternators
The alternator section runs from page 8 to page 59 and is grouped under the original manufacturer the unit replaces – Bosch, Butec, Cav, Denso, Ducellier, Elmot, Femsa, Ford, Hitachi, Iskra, Leece-Neville, Lucas, Magneti Marelli, Magneton (Pal/Skoda), Mitsubishi, Motorola, Motorola USA, Nikko, Prestolite, Remy (Delco), Romania (E/P) and Valeo. Every Cargo entry carries the voltage and current rating, the complete list of OEM numbers it supersedes, the servicing note listing the machine makes it is used on, and the mounting data – position and B+ terminal, W terminal where fitted, pulley type and number of grooves, fan type, and the A, B and C measurements where the catalogue prints them. The section closes with a Miscellaneous group for units that do not sit under a single manufacturer heading.
Starters and Dynastarters
The starter section occupies pages 62 to 131 and follows the same manufacturer-by-manufacturer logic, adding Briggs & Stratton, Hattat Tarim, Mitsuba, Panasonic, Poong Sung, Sjce, Tecumseh and United Technologies to the OEM list. Each entry records the voltage and kW rating, the OEM numbers replaced, the servicing applications, the B+ and B- terminal sizes, total length, gear type (DD, GR or PMDD), clutch type where a wet clutch is used, number of mounting holes, and the A and B dimensions. Notes such as oil sealed, waterproof, insulated return or heavy duty are printed against the entries that need them. The short Dynastarter chapter that follows covers combined starter/alternator units with their OD, length and associated regulator and solenoid Cargo references.
Alternator Parts and Starter Parts
Pages 134 to 145 break the units down into serviceable components. The alternator parts chapter gives regulators and regulator/rectifiers with voltage setting, terminal type, D+ type and distance between mounting holes. The starter parts chapter gives clutches, drive kits and pinions with ID, OD, total length, number of splines and the Cargo gear reference, plus a set of universal solenoids identified by coil bolt thread and terminal count.
Workshop Consumables & Tools
This is the largest practical chapter for a working workshop. It opens with plugs and sockets – DIN and cigarette lighter types, twin socket cigar adapters, USB adapters – and continues into trailer adapters across every common pin configuration, distributor boxes, trailer sockets and plugs in 12 V, 24 V and 6/24 V, trailer coils, NATO cable connectors and the full industrial battery connector range from 50 A through 350 A with the matching handles, terminals and dust caps. Crimp terminals, insulated and non-insulated, relays and mini relays across 6 V, 12 V and 24 V in standard, high performance, micro, change over and time delay types, relay multiplugs and relay boxes, flasher units for 12 V and 24 V including the i-LS versions for LED installations, strip fuses, circuit breakers, battery terminals in brass casting, formpressed and tin-plated variants, leads and earth straps, booster cables, hose clamps and the tool section with hand lamps, working lamps and hose clamp screwdrivers all appear here.
Electrical Parts & Engine Management
Pages 194 to 240 cover the systems side of agricultural electrics: CCTV rear observation kits, cameras and monitors; reversing alarms, buzzers and the full horn range including pneumatic, compressor and electrical types with the associated compressors, valves and hose; voltage converters, voltage inverters, voltage reducers, chargers, battery isolators, split charge relays and relay boxes; battery main switches, electromagnetic battery switches and the matching spare keys and terminal boots; and the switches and sensors group. The pump chapter covers bilge pumps, water pumps, fluid pumps and the interrupter, pressure, high performance and suction fuel pumps. Cabin heaters, heater motors, connectors and defroster kits are grouped together, followed by blowers, axial fans, fan and heater motors, and the complete wiper programme of arms, blades, motors and windscreen washer pumps, tanks and kits. Dashboard gauges – ammeter, voltmeter, hour meter, fuel, water temperature and oil pressure – close the chapter.
Lighting
The lighting chapter is the broadest in the catalogue and runs from page 242 through to page 336. It starts with hazard warning lamps and pen and torch lights, then moves through rotating beacons in 12 V and 24 V in plain, LED and Xenon versions with the matching domes, motors, base plates and beacon sockets. LED and Xenon flash lights, light bars, mini and micro light bars and their mounting brackets and rubber flush-mount adapters follow. Forward lighting covers tractor head lamps, headlight inserts and sealed beams; work lamps are split into standard H3 units and the LED and HID ranges with their lumen, Kelvin, cable and IP ratings printed per item. Spot lights, fog and driving lamps and auxiliary lamp sets come next, then tail lights, reversing lamps, rear fog lamps, multi-function trailer lamps in bulb and LED form, side indicators, side marker lamps, position lamps, flasher-position lamps, number plate lamps and interior fluorescent lamps. Trailer lighting sets, reflectors, warning triangles, container markings and the complete bulb listings by base type fill out the remainder. Bulb entries are tabulated by voltage, wattage, colour, dimension and pack quantity, with notes such as Longlife, Xenon blue, Megalight, Nightbreaker or Heavy Duty against the variants that carry them.
Application List, Cross Reference List and Index
Three reference sections turn the catalogue into a working tool. The Application List runs from page 337 to page 364 and lists machine makes and models – Agco Allis, Agco White, Agrifull, Allis Chalmers, BCS, Belarus, Benford, Buhrer, Case, Caterpillar, Chang Feng, Claas, Cub Cadet, Daedong Kioti, Deutz-Fahr, Dronningborg, Eicher, Fahr, Fendt, Fiat, Fiat-Allis, Ford, Fortschritt, Goldoni, Hattat Tarim, Hitachi, Hough, Huerlimann, Iseki, Jacobsen, JCB, John Deere, KHD, Kubota, Lamborghini, Landini, Laverda, Lombardini, Long, Mahindra, Marshall, Massey Ferguson, Matbro, Mccormick, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, New Holland, Payloader, Renault Agriculture, Same, Sampo-Rosenlew, Sisu, Steiner, Steyr, Ursus, Valpadana, Valtra, Volvo BM, Yanmar and Zetor – with the Cargo alternator or starter number against each, together with voltage and kW or A rating and the date range where printed. The Cross Reference List spans pages 365 to 418 and is arranged by OEM number so a Bosch, Delco, Denso, Lucas, Magneti Marelli, Iskra, Prestolite or Valeo number can be turned into a Cargo number directly. The Index at the back, pages 419 to 432, lets you find a Cargo part number and jump straight to its page.
How the Catalogue Is Organised
Every manufacturer block follows the same sequence, which is what makes the volume fast to use at a parts counter. Unit-level alternators and starters come first, then the component-level parts for those units, then the system electrics, then lighting. Within each block the entries are ordered by Cargo number, and each entry is a self-contained record: what it is, what it replaces, which machines it serves, and how it mounts. Nothing relies on a separate lookup table to be useful.
What Is Recorded Against Each Part Entry
- Voltage and current or kW rating
- Complete list of OEM numbers the Cargo part replaces
- Servicing applications by machine make
- Terminal sizes and position, including B+, B-, W and insulated return notes
- Pulley type and groove count, or pulley w/o where none is supplied
- Fan type – EF, IF or w/o – and clutch type where applicable
- Mounting data: hole count, gear type, A, B and C dimensions, total length, shaft diameter
- Construction notes such as oil sealed, waterproof, dust proof, heavy duty or bronze drive
- Associated Cargo references for regulators, solenoids, fans, gears and mounting parts
Two printed notes apply to the volume as a whole and are worth repeating. OEM names and numbers are used for reference purposes only. And while care is taken over the accuracy of descriptions and applications, no responsibility is accepted for possible errors – so the printed OEM number should always be confirmed against the unit before ordering.
Why This Catalogue Belongs on the Workshop Shelf
Agricultural machinery does not arrive with a convenient single electrical system. A yard can hold a Deutz-Fahr, a Massey Ferguson, a New Holland and a Zetor, each with a different alternator family and a different starter drive, and the OEM number on the failed unit is often the only clue to what it is. The HC-Cargo Agricultural Machinery Parts and Applications Catalog 2013/2014 answers that problem directly: find the machine in the application list, take the Cargo number, confirm the OEM numbers it supersedes, then check the terminal, pulley, fan and mounting data before the part goes on the bench. That is the difference between a repair that works first time and one that comes back. The cross reference list does the same job in reverse when all you have is an OEM number on a box.
For a parts dealer, the volume doubles as a counter reference – a customer naming a tractor make and model can be answered from the application list, and the cross reference list resolves the numbers a customer brings in on a scrap of paper. For a workshop, the component-level alternator parts and starter parts chapters mean a regulator, rectifier, drive kit or pinion can be found without replacing the whole unit, and the workshop consumables chapter covers the terminals, cables, fuses, relays, flasher units and battery connectors that go with the job.
IMAGES PREVIEW
Delivery is instant. The file is a PDF that downloads immediately after payment, with no shipping and no waiting on a courier. It opens on a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone, and any page can be printed and taken to the bench or the counter – useful when you are cross-referencing a long OEM list against a machine that is already apart. Keep it on the workshop terminal, keep a printed copy of the sections you use most, and the 2013/2014 HC-Cargo agricultural catalogue stays a working reference rather than shelf decoration.
