Description

Nissan 1F6 Series Forklift Parts Catalog – July 2012 Issue

The Nissan 1F6 Series Forklift Parts Catalog is the July 2012 edition of the illustrated parts book for 1F6 Series 7 ton and 8 ton forklift trucks. Every figure is built the same way: an exploded line drawing with numbered callouts on top, and a matching parts table underneath that lists the item number, the Nissan part number, the part description, the quantity required and the applied date. That single-page pairing is what makes this catalog workable at the parts counter or in the workshop – you look at the drawing, find the callout, drop down the table, and you have the number you need to order.

One thing worth being clear about before you buy: the catalog’s own index continues past this point, listing figures all the way to 169 – gear pumps, control valve sections and spool sections, main hydraulic lines, tilt cylinder and tilt boot, paint and decal, service tools, the 2W/2F/3F fork and lift bracket groups, masts, lift cylinders, flow regulators, and the full engine overhaul groups from gasket kit and cylinder block through to the starter, generator and wire harness fixing parts. Those later figure numbers are indexed in the table of contents, but the illustrated figure sections supplied in this file run from Figure 1 (Engine Mount) to Figure 78 (Pump Mount – Rear, 7 Ton). Treat this as the front half of the 1F6 catalog: the truck-side systems, driveline, brakes, steering axle, chassis panels and the pump mounting groups.

Even within that range the depth is real. A single transmission figure, for example, breaks out the case, level gauge, strainer, suction pipe, hose, clips, fittings, gaskets, O-rings, output shaft, low and high gears, snap rings, bearings, parking brake, drum, flange, spacer, nut and pin – each with its own part number, quantity and applied date. The same granularity runs through the drive axle, the wheel brake assemblies, the steering axle knuckles and the hydraulic pump mounts, where every elbow, O-ring and plug is itemised separately.

Options and Tonnage Variants Are Split Out Separately

Nissan did not collapse the 7 ton and 8 ton trucks into one generic figure, and this catalog follows suit. Drive axle 7 ton and drive axle 8 ton have their own figures. Wheel brakes are split RH and LH and again by tonnage. Front and rear wheels have standard and solid-option figures for each capacity class. Cooling unit figures separate the standard arrangement from the Lifting Eye Option. There are dedicated figures for the Upright Exhaust Pipe Option, the Pre-Cleaner Option, the Radiator Dust Screen Option, the Rear Work Light Option, the Revolving Yellow Light Option, and the Steering Knob Auto-Return Option. If your truck was built with an option box ticked, the parts for it are in their own figure rather than buried in a footnote.

Part Numbers You Can Actually Search and Order From

Every table carries a full Nissan part number – for example the air cleaner element, the radiator cap, the solenoid valves in the transmission control valve, the friction and mating plates in the clutch packs, the wheel cylinder boots and cups, the orbitrol O-rings and seals, and the bolts and washers that hold the panels on. Quantities are given per assembly, so you know whether a service job takes one shim or six. Applied date columns let you confirm whether a number applies to your build. Repair kits are called out where Nissan sold them as kits, with the items each kit contains listed in the description.

Who This Nissan 1F6 Forklift Parts Manual Is For

This is a working catalog rather than a training document. It suits a workshop ordering replacement parts for a 7 ton or 8 ton 1F6 truck, a parts department building a stock list, a fleet maintenance planner identifying what is common between the two tonnage classes, or an owner restoring a machine who needs to match a worn component to the right number before calling a dealer. Because it shows how assemblies are built up, it also doubles as a teardown reference – you can see the order in which bearings, seals, snap rings and spacers sit on a shaft before you pull it apart.

If you are chasing engine internals, mast components or the main hydraulic lines, note again that those figure groups are indexed but sit outside the illustrated range included here. Everything from the engine mount forward through the driveline, brakes, steering axle, chassis and pump mounts is present and complete.

Trace the Right Part the First Time

With the Nissan 1F6 Series Forklift Parts Catalog on hand you can identify a component from its exploded view, read off the Nissan part number, confirm how many are required, and check the applied date before you commit to an order. That removes the guesswork that leads to wrong-number returns, and it removes the hours spent describing a part over the phone to someone who cannot see your truck. For clutch pack rebuilds, brake overhauls, steering axle work or a simple panel replacement, you are working from the same numbered figures and tables the parts system was built around.

Delivery is instant. The catalog arrives as a PDF the moment payment clears, with no shipping and nothing to wait for in the post. Open it on a laptop in the office, a tablet on the workshop floor, or a phone beside the machine, and print whichever figure and table you need for the job at hand. Keep a copy on the shop computer and you have the 1F6 parts lookup available whenever a truck comes in.
